I led product and design for a UK grief support app for a UK grief support app created with a leading psychotherapist, achieving a 94% helpfulness rating and App Store recognition. Previously, I launched new digital experiences (web and mobile app) on Shopify Plus for a cold-pressed juice company, driving AOV growth and retention.

At a leading Indonesian C2C marketplace, I scaled the design team and built the foundations for a cross-platform design system.

(Hybrid) Product & Design Lead at Grief Works: UK Grief Support App

Led the product team and scaled to £1M revenue: shaping roadmap, strategy, and design directly with the CEO.

Boosted product value and market fit by launching live session features (group sessions, therapist chat, forum, discounted counselling), 1.5x lift in growth.

Redesigned paid acquisition funnel — doubled email capture conversion from 15% to 30%, 

lowering CAC and improving LTV:CAC from 2.75 to 3.

Led the design team and established design foundations, building reusable components in Figma and setting quality standards for sensitive user journeys.

Led digital initiatives and team to drive retention and revenue for a fast-growing D2C juice brand in Jakarta.

Launched a scheduled order feature on the Shopify Plus store so customers can plan multiple deliveries in one purchase, increasing AOV, improving cash flow, and streamlining the experience.

Led strategy, product development, and design of a mobile app (iOS & Android) as a retention initiative: boosting reorder rates and reducing reliance on paid acquisition.
